  • Is Chamonix Wheelchair Accessible?

    Public Transportation:
    The Chamonix Bus, Le Mulet and the SNCF Train are all wheelchair accessible. Click here for more information on the
    Transport in the Chamonix Valley.

    The Ski Lifts:
    Not all lifts are wheelchair accessible.
    The Aiguille du Midi: you can go all the way up and go up the elevator and go to most viewing platforms. You will not be able to go on the Helbronner Panoramic lift.
    The Montenvers: you can go on the train and out on the viewing area. You will not be able to take the gondola down to the ice cave.
    Flégère is not wheelchair accessible.
    The Grands Montets is not wheelchair accessible.
