"The Meteorites, messengers from the space" by Alain CARION - Doctor of Science, researcher and author of several books of meteorites.

Born in 1963, Jean-Marc lives and works in Grenoble.
Jean-Marc’s sculptures are made using metal and man made materials.
It is within this juxtaposition of the man and the metal where we find the essence and relevance of the work.

The event is a combination of a summercamp with a lot of training facilities and an international Short Track competition. During the week all kind of competitions like running and cycling will be held and there are every day training-sessions on ice.

Unique in its kind, this event crosses 3 countries on foot (France, Italy and Switzerland), covers 166 kilometres and 9,500 metres climb in one fell swoop. A race with a time limit of 48 hours, the current held record being 21 hours and 6 minutes.
