La "monstre dure" is a fundraising race to raise money for a the Solidarity Kang Guru charity which helps the families of the victims of the Kang Garu avalanche.
Race up the red run of the Planards (700m length and 200m climb) return by summer sledge. This race is open to all categories and the challenge is to do the maximum number of circuits within 3 hours.
"Les petits chanteurs à la Croix Potencée de Toulouse." Founded and directed by abbot Georges Rey from 1936 to 1976, the choir from Saint Etienne de Toulouse cathedral is composed of 24 young singers aged between 8 and 18 yrs and directed by Peggy Pehau. Without instruments, they interpret both sacred and profane pieces of music.

Book signing for Maurice Herzog's book: "RENAITRE, UNE AUTRE VIE APRES L'ANNAPURNA"

Marcel Wibault, a painter from Chamonix, passed away at 93 leaving many masterpieces behind. His canvasses, drawings and sketches are now exhibited in his old house converted into a museum.
