Le Sarpé, a dialect word which means clumsy. In 1977, Marie-Jo and Jean-Claude had the idea to transform the wood shed into a restaurant. With no experience in this business, they called it LE Sarpé. Now the whole team of Sonia and Yann welcomes you and offers fine, tasty and original cuisine. The first tasting menus start from 21 to 28 Euros, and "a la carte" you'll find the home made foie gras, the tagliatelle with truffles and Parmesan, and the duo sant jacques-foie gras with morels, and for dessert "pain perdu brioche" with apples and cardamom cream. But also some cheese specialities like fondue and tartiflette.
