The Centre Sportif Richard Bozon in Chamonix has a swimming pool complex with four different pools: one 50m outdoor pool (usually summer only - currently closed), a 25m indoor pool, a kids playing pool and a paddling pool. The complex also has a hydroslide for all ages!

Fitness classes at the Sports Centre The Sports Centre has a fitness program of aerobics and muscle toning courses. Each course lasts for a minimum of 45 min. To Participate Sports shoes are a must! Bring a drink - it's thirsty work

Located at the Centre Sportif Richard Bozon is the town's ice rink for skating, ice hockey and other sports. It measures 30x60 m and has its own restaurant and bar. Look out in the Events section for hockey matches and other events.

The Sports Centre also has a solarium, saunas and hammans.
Prices (as of 2009): Coin for the solarium is 2.70 euros Entrance Sauna, Hamman, and swimming pool is 11.20 euros. Entrance Sauna, Hamman, swimming pool & fitness is 14.50 euros.
A great place to go for groups, the bar service is good and the waitresses/waiters are extremely friendly.
There are 8 international alleys with several pool and snooker tables and an "air hockey" table upstairs

Pétanque playing areas are found on the Route du Bouchet. 20 "courts" are open everyday from 8:00 to 20:00. Competitions are held regularly on Saturdays and Sundays at 14h00.

Thgere are two tennis court centres in the Chamonix Valley - one in Argentiere as well as one in Chamonix. A couple hotels and residences have private courts.
