CHAMONIX: A very busy weekend for the PGHM (mountain rescue)
Yesterday, the mountain rescue (PGHM) of Chamonix had to go into the mountains 5 times to rescue some climbers and hikers in the Mont Blanc area.

- The first one was at 8.55h in the Tete Rousse hut to rescue a man with a tendinitus.

- Half an hour later, a climber was rescued in the North Face of the Grandes Jorasses (in the Linceul).

- 45 minutes later, a rescue party was sent out for 2 alpinists in the Aretes de Rochefort.

- In the afternoon, around 14.15h, the PGHM rescued a climber on the Col du Maudit whom had taken a fall of about 150m.

- The last one was around 16.45h when some climbers were blocked on the Petit Drus.

What a busy day!!!!!
