Yesterday evening, the PGHM of Chamonix was called several times to rescue some climbers that were caught by the storm in the Mont Blanc area.
Two parties were close to the Dome du Gouter, on the normal way of the Mont Blanc. They were trying to get to the Gouter hut using their GPS.
Another 3 climbers were in the South face of the Aiguille du Midi when they had to abseil down the route in epic conditions.

Yesterday a member of the PGHM was also injured

The PGHM of Chamonix was also called to rescue one of its members when he fell 7m on the rock climbing wall of the Maladiere in Cluses.
The person was there doing some rock climbing when a rock came lose and made him fell. He was injured on the astragalus.
