Our chef Damien, offers tasty cuisine, facing the bistronomie, combining market-fresh and local products.

Citizen Kane’s favorite spot would also have pleased her producer Orson Welles! Thanks to Chef Eric De Ganck, The Rosebud has become one of the best restaurants in the Chamonix Valley. Over the past 10 years, Chef De Ganck has developed an art form of mixing herbs and spices, creating an original and refined gastronomic signature of his own.

New for this winter season our après-ski winebar daily from 4:00pm, offering a variety of wines by the glass and tapas in a soothing atmosphere of background jazz music.
Monday nights we host wine tastings and tapas at a set price presented by a professional from 6:00 to 7:00pm. Reservations requested.

The Restaurant Les Chéserys is located in Argentière, Chamonix Mont-Blanc valley.

The Office serves dinner from 6pm everyday and lunch from midday weekends. Snacks are served all day! Try one of our delicious Homemade Burgers, Succulent Steaks, crispy Cod & Chips or Lentil & Aubergine Tajine. Game Pie, slowcooked Lamb Stew or Duck Ragout with Cognac. Wash it down with one of our 5 draught beers, selection of wines, coffee or a cocktail. Bon appetit!!!

1926: Georges RAVANEL cut ice from the glacier to sell to local hotels and restaurants. Then he built a cabin at the snout of the glacier. It became an infamous watering hole for thirsty hikers.
