In 1959, the Pré de Pascal was a cottage of mountain pasture, owned by the family Scalvino. Jolanda Scalvino Carletto and transform the old pasture in a delightful restaurant still run by their families. Opened in 1972 and is located at 1912 meters, with the arrival of the Val Veny cable car. The bar-restaurant offers typical dishes of the Aosta Valley.

From June 1st to October 1th5, Delia and her husband Aurelio in the kitchen, offer gourmet specialties Valdôtaines. The food is delicious.

The restaurant La Fodze was created twenty years ago by Maura's Dad. Initially, it was a sheep house.
