We traveled south and head close to Serre Chevalier and the Queyras.

Welcome to the new Video Snow Report from Chamonix.net, brought to you by Seb Montaz, mountain guide and an excellent film maker. The conditions for the past week have been quite stable, with a lot of sun and some snow falls. Tuesday was one of the few days where the visibility was very reduced between 2000 and 2400 meters, but the snow is good, you just have take or skis or board and chose you r favorite spot.

Ice climbing is a very particular sport, most people see it as dangerous and inaccessible, but it doesn't have to be. Mountain guides can take you to ice climbing initiation where you can enjoy it even if you have never done it before.
In this video you'll see a dificult climb that looks easy when Kora and Pete do it. Thanks to Seb Montaz for the video.

This Time Seb and his team went up to Col Blanc, just next to Aiguille de l'M and went down to Chamonix, for 1800 meters of ski.
