A very feminine IF3 edition
This first edition promises to highlight the many female practitioners of these disciplines who remain in the very masculine collective imagination.
The director said “Above all, I want to show that alongside their male counterparts, all women, exceptional climbers, legendary snowboarders but also mountain enthusiasts, have their place on the mountain playground and can take the lead in the corded, ”says one who believes that female people do not need to follow in the footsteps of men to exist.
“I’ve always considered gender‘ counter-identity ’as secondary because I’ve never thought of my practice of mountain sports as masculine. I think women bring a different look, a different relationship to risk and a different attitude towards the mountain environment, ” says Camille Martin, who highlighted the closing of the festival. 100% feminine programming. ”
