Events in Chamonix: What's going on in the Chamonix Valley

In association with the municipality of Vallorcine, the CMBM is organizing the Ultra montée des Posettes on August 15th 2025.

The 14th edition of the Arc’teryx Alpine Academy returns to Chamonix-Mont-Blanc for four days packed with alpine education, inspiration, and community.

The MONT-BLANC MARATHON will take place from 27 to 30 JUNE 2024. Registrations for the 10km du Mont-Blanc, KM Vertical, Young Race Marathon and Mini Cross.

PGHM rescuers, helicopter crews from the gendarmerie and civil security, as well as the Chamoniarde association, Smur medics, and dog handlers—all those involved in mountain rescue will be present.
