This year, thanks to the excellent snow conditions throughout the Chamonix Valley, the Compagnie du Mont Blanc has decided to postpone the closing dates of all the ski resorts of Chamonix.

The Col des Montets (1461m), route D1506, a road between the Chamonix Valley in France and the Valais in Switzerland, is closed on 18 Apr 2013 from 2pm to 3 pm. The road is not suitable for Heavy Vehicles.
