"Ride the Planets" wins the 2008 Nissan Outdoor Games (Feb 18 2008)
Nissan Outdoor Games Press Release: During 5 days of beautiful sunshine weather in Chamonix, 7 teams competed in making a film based on 5 extreme sports, and the entries were presented Saturday night to a large crowd of spectators.
Besides a spectacle of the technical skills of all of the athletes, the audience was treated to 7 short original clips, expertly edited.The jury, presided by Denis Brogniart, elected the award for the Best Movie to French team "Ride The Planets". They received the "Aiguille d'Or" (Golden Peak) award for the performances and creativity shown. Emotion was intense in the Outdoor Games Village in the middle of Chamonix.
The winning team was selected based on the originality of the script, the athletes' performances and the quality of the editing.
