Fines for French people going to ski abroad

To prevent "French citizens getting contaminated" in Spain, Switzerland or Austria, Jean Castex announces that random checks will be set up at the borders, with tests, compulsory isolation for 7 days and a fine in the event of a ski trip abroad.
