Considered as the successor of Beijing Express, the Italian reality game show is already preparing to storm the television industry.

Led by Catherine Bailiff, the new TV project will feature seven famous personalities challenging each other to conquer Mont Blanc summit, the extraordinary castle of rock and ice.

It is known that the celebrities involved in this project will not play alone, they will be accompanied by skilled and experienced mountain guides.

Yes! Everything sounds great, but thinking about the impact this live TV show could have and about the upcoming consequences, you may want change your opinion.

The reality show, which is set to be broadcast from November 9, is already the subject of some controversy.

The idea of a new adventure game to conquer the highest peak of Europe, did not please all audience and has been criticized over the last few days.

Jean-Marc Peillex, the mayor of St Gervais, spoke out about the up-coming Italian show, saying that he wants to prohibit the filming from taking place and potentially prosecute those involved. He called for relevant departments to get involved and study the evidence.

This statement is fully supported by the Chamonix's mayor, Eric Fournier, who, in the last few years brought out the fact that people are treating the Mont Blanc massif as a playground.

Will be prohibited from broadcast the Italian reality show or not, remains to be seen.
