The motorway company ATMB recently reiterated that there will be no extended autumn closures in 2026.
However, in 2027 and 2028, the closure model used in the previous two years will return, with two cycles of three and a half months.
For subsequent years, the continuation of the project and the chosen option will be a decision for the Italian and French governments.
