After the closure of the Flégère, Les Houches, and Balme ski areas last weekend, two other high-altitude resorts are holding out. At Brévent, some of the slopes remain open to skiers until this Sunday, April 19.
While the summit cable car and the Cornu chairlift are not running, the terrain is still very pleasant and sunny for those eager to extend their skiing fun. A day pass is available for €37 (€32 for four hours) at Brévent for the end of the season. The Grands Montets resort is also still open and will remain so until Sunday, May 3. 81.25% of the slopes are still open (13 out of 16).
Enough to offer some great turns for those who aren't ready to put their skis away just yet.
